REFORMER PILATES
These techniques build on the foundations of Pilates which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
Among its many benefits, reformer Pilates helps improve coordination, reaction time, and strength. With different spring options available, it can be tailored perfectly to your needs! All reformer classes are small group (maximum of 4) for a more private and personal experience.
JUMPBOARD REFORMER
Combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity incorporating the jump board, this class ramps up the cardio while still being low impact.
